Payment
Please take the time to read ALL policies prior to purchasing products from Gift Boulevard. Gift Boulevard may revise these policies at any time and as a result you are bound by any such revisions. We ask that you review the policies prior to any and every purchase from Gift Boulevard. Once an order is placed with Gift Boulevard, the customer is completely bound by our policies. Gift Boulevard is required by law to collect sales tax on any order that is shipped to the state of New Jersey. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We accept orders via mygiftblvd.com, email or phone. We accept payment through our secure website by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks. Orders are processed on a secure server that uses SSL; (Secure Socket Layer) advanced encryption technology. All credit card and personal information is encrypted when transferred to us and is placed in a secured environment. Products are made fresh when ordered (with the exception of the handmade soap) and will be processed, packed and shipped within 72-96 hours after it is recieved. However circumstances that are beyond our control can cause delays. We will notify you if this happens. Coupons can only be redeemed at the time the order is placed. A maximum of one coupon per order is allowed. Coupons will not be allowed on sale items and past orders.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS priority shipping with delivery confirmation. We ship only within the continental U.S. at this time. All orders of $50 or more (excluding shipping and taxes) will receive FREE shipping. I have tried to make the shipping costs as affordable as possible. The charges are based on a total order fee schedule as follows:
$1.00-$9.99 = $4.95 shipping fee
$10.00-$19.99 = $6.95 shipping fee
$20.00-$34.99 = $7.95 shipping fee
$35.00-$49.99 = $9.95 shipping fee
$50.00 and over Free Shipping
*Insurance is strongly recommended, but optional
Due to the increased cost of shipping, please check carefully to make sure you have entered the correct mailing address when placing an order. Contact your local postal carrier to confirm you are using the correct mailing address and zip code before placing an order. All orders returned to Gift Boulevard due to a customer's error will require additional shipping charges at the customer's expense. All shipping charges on orders are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We pack our products to tolerate the mis-handling of shipping carriers. If a package arrives damaged to your door and you believe the products are unusable, refuse the package and ask the driver to document the damage and obtain a copy of the report. If the driver has left, you must contact USPS and notify them of the damaged shipment. Once that is done, email us with "Damaged Package" in the subject line so we can begin working on a replacement order. We will not resend a replacement package if the damage has not been immediately reported to USPS and documented. Boxes, packaging material and products must remain intact in order for USPS to properly assess your claim. Failure to do so will result in a denial of your claim and ours. If the shipment is lost in transit, report it to USPS immediately and they must trace the package which can take up to 10 days for a resolution. We can not ship a replacement package until we obtain a resolution of lost package from USPS
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, Gift Boulevard does not accept any returns or exchanges for any reason other than mistakes on the behalf of Gift Boulevard. We include generous sized samples with every purchase, however, if you are unsure about the aroma of a particular bar or product, request the name of the soap or product and scent in the comments section at checkout. If it is available we will include a sample with your order. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to placing an order.
Backordered Items
We do not backorder any items and will automatically refund you for missing products in the event our system allows you to purchase something that is out of stock.
